Through my years of dance, bar method, yoga, strength training and now, becoming a mother, I always try to look to inspirational fitness woman that value life and fitness balance. These ladies are my go-to trainers when it comes to fitness, peak performance, getting a woman’s body defined, and feeling good in your skin.
