What you’ll need:
1 scoop 100% whey protein– I love chocolate and unflavored (flavor is your preference)
1/4 cup Almond milk
Frozen fruit– I love a good berry medley … but don’t we all? Just a little suggestion 😉
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 Banana (optional, banana will make it a thicker shake)
Blend, and enjoy.
I started having shakes for breakfast and it really helped me cut down on the LBs!
