Want something healthy but filling after a good workout? OR a good lunch on the go?  I’m loving this protein shake after working out, delicious AND nutritious. MMMMM.  Check out this quick and easy recipe.  It never fails!

What you’ll need:

Protein Shake

1 scoop 100% whey protein– I love chocolate and unflavored (flavor is your preference)

1/4 cup Almond milk

Frozen fruit– I love a good berry medley … but don’t we all? Just a little suggestion 😉

1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

1 Banana (optional, banana will make it a thicker shake)
