I am obsessed with the Nike Training Club APP by Nike, Inc. It is by far the Best Fitness App that I’ve used to date. It’s like having your own personal trainer! The app is great for ladies who are new workout freaks and perfect for ladies who know or understand a bunch of exercises but want a way to mix it up and track results.
The app will let you select your fitness goal, choose Get Lean, Get Toned, Get Strong, or Get Focused. Then select a level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Off you go with a great workout with a variety of routines.
If there is an exercise you don’t know simply reference the step by step images and video walk through of the exercise. The ability to see the exercise right there makes it so you don’t have to pause and look it up online. I like that I can keep moving through the workout.
This is amazing for all types of woman– ladies starting to get fit, for regular conditioning or for those who want to change up their normal routine. I’m simply in love. Try it out for yourself and leave a comment
