A healthy, summer-time vegetarian snack that is easy to make in just 10 minutes. All you have to do is dice up 1/2 of a red onion and 1 green pepper and throw in a bowl with the other ingredients. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, cucumbers, or hummus– Anything you like will be a great combination! 1 can of black beans

1 can of black eyed peas

1 can of white corn

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

1/2 of a red onion

1 green pepper

3 tbsp Tiger Sauce (key ingredient)
